Abatement and Demolition Estimator/Project Manager

This position will involve the following job tasks in the environmental abatement field:

  • Project Estimation
  • Review project plans and specifications
  • Perform take-offs from plans and specs
  • Develop project cost and price estimates
  • Create bid packages
  • Follow-up on proposals
  • Project Management
  • Coordinating with ownership/client
  • Submittals for notifications and permit applications
  • Scheduling
  • Site management
  • Project oversight
  • Closure documentation
  • Budget tracking
  • Invoicing
  • Strict enforcement of safety requirement

In order to qualify for this position, candidates will possess:

  • At least 5 year of experience in environmental abatement and interior demolition
  • Asbestos and Lead Contractor/Supervisor certifications in Missouri
  • Commitment to worker safety
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Capable of working outdoors in cold or hot conditions
  • Valid driver’s license

Candidates must be available for flexible working hours including occasional night and weekend shifts.  In addition, this position requires some travel, including occasional, prolonged over-night stays.
