Experience: Mr. Frederick possesses 30 years of experience with environmental projects ranging from initial site investigations to design and management of hazardous waste cleanup projects Mr. Frederick specializes in air, water, and hazardous waste monitoring, sampling, and remediation projects.  His experience includes Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments; project, technical management and field support for soil and groundwater investigations, petroleum, industrial and hazardous waste sites; and design and implementation of soil and groundwater remediation plans and systems. Bill also has extensive experience in oversight of emergency spill response.
