Experience: Ms. Gibbs-Alley has served as an Environmental Professional at Environmental Operations, Inc. since 2008 and has earned the title of Program Manager. she is currently responsible for the management of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and related scopes of environmental due diligence as well as compliance services which include permitting, planning and regulatory reporting. Ms. Gibbs-Alley has completed or overseen the completion of more than 2,000 Phase I Assessments, Preliminary Assessments, Transaction Screens, and other environmental investigations on properties located throughout the United States. Ms. Gibbs-Alley specializes in the analysis of environmental issues affecting properties in accordance with ASTM standards for conducting environmental site assessments and the design and management of Phase II sampling and analysis projects based on Phase I findings to qualify potential contaminants and to quantify the vertical and lateral extent of contamination. Recent projects conducted under her oversight include evaluation of multi-family, industrial, commercial, and institutional properties across the county.
