His project experience includes work for environmental remediation, demolition, heavy highway projects, bridges, airports, and industrial and commercial developments. Mr. Thomas possesses excellent analytical skills and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget for projects ranging to $4.2 billion.
Mr. Thomas specializes in the management of high-profile and complex construction and environmental projects, focusing on environmental remediation, demolition, hazardous materials abatement, contract negotiations, project design, safety, and QA\QC standards. During his tenure at Environmental Operations, Inc. he has managed numerous Brownfield Redevelopment projects, DED Brownfield Tax Credit projects, and multiple redevelopment projects for SWH Development. In addition, he is spearheading the redevelopment of the former Madison Mine Superfund site.
