Mary Juan, PE, CHMM
Ms. Juan has a strong background in environmental engineering and compliance gained through more than 18 years of professional experience in in the industrial and consulting sectors, in a wide range of regulatory areas.
Her responsibilities include acting as Managing Engineer for EOI corporate professional engineering activities in Missouri and Illinois, environmental compliance project management, and negotiations with regulatory agencies on behalf of numerous clients. Ms. Juan focuses on environmental compliance and reporting in a number of regulatory arenas, encompassing NPDES permitting, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) development, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan creation and certification, SWPPP and SPCC training, air permitting and reporting including EIQ (emissions inventory questionnaire) completion, emissions tracking, air dispersion modeling, solid and hazardous waste management and reporting under RCRA, SARA/EPCRA (TRI and Tier II) reporting, FIFRA reporting, environmental compliance audits, and vapor intrusion mitigation system design and monitoring.
